I have read the posts on setting up the 601/611 on RR and JK heli. I am specifically interested in the Delay settings, currently I have them set at 15 and 50. I believe these were really for the torque tube's to help soften the return and save the crown gears. Do I rellly need this much delay in the BELT driven 600N?? Ho does delay affect the tail on a belt drive? What will reducing (lowering the numbers) the delay do?

delay...

I never used any delay on any of my trex 600's...belt drive or TT..

I see no reason why you would need to use any delay, especially on the belt drive..I can understand why you would try it for a TT drive ..especially if you do a lot of hard piro moves....but I have never found a need to try it

adding delay just slows down the "stop" effect...

I like a nice hard stopping tail myself...

Thats what I was thinking too. I have flown it with the delay and found that the "stop" feels soft. The tail will bounce back slightly after returing the stick to center. I think I will zero the delays and go from there. Thanks.
