Anybody know if I have to use longer blades with this boom? The guy at the hobby shop did'nt even tell me it was longer I used a TRex belt to put it on.And it fit good just don't know if I should try and fly it or not.OH it looks real good!

What size blades are you running now? You don't have to have longer blades just because the boom is a bit longer. I'm running a Trex boom on my Helimax and I did go with the 325 blades......but didn't have to.

Thanks guys.It does fly pretty good with the stock Helimax blades, but I think I will put TRex feathering shaft and blade grips then use the 325's.The Helimax feathering shaft is to hard to get out anyway.
