bad joke no! paypal removed your funds stating that it was a fraudulent transaction the heli is still here waiting for some kind of rectification. I have never screwed anyone period... I have bought several things off here its not my fault usps is slow out of my bum **** egypt town. I want to fix this please call paypal I just want this fixed and me to stop being flammed...

how about this line

"the heli is still here waiting for some kind of rectification."

Don't we typically ship the item when it is paid for by paypal. This guy didn't ship it period.... and he told paypal that it was shipped USPS with no tracking.

Mark really needs to do something about these fraudulent sellers, even if they are only 11 years old.

Lets look at the dates..I made the deal with you on sept.22nd funds sent. I filed the claim w/paypal on Oct. 06, two weeks later. No helicopter no explanation, not to mention you told paypal you shipped it. This is unacceptable, ask anyone on RR.

hey i have a question.
i was once got sucker by a situation like this. what happen is i posted to sell an item on ebay and this guy bought it. he payed me with paypal. right the next morning i ship the item to him. i confirm by email to him that i have already shipped the item to him. on the next day paypal remove the funds from my account stating that the transaction was fraudulent. i emailed paypal about 15 times about this situation to get it straiten out, but i was at a complete loss because i don't have any evidence that i ship the package. like shipping confirmation or tracking. all i did was use the basic priority shipping.
i was at a complete loss. the other sad part is i gave the guy a positive feed back on ebay later that evening the same day i ship the package. i left him a remark for "quick payment". but i was at stress trying to get my money back and completely forgotten to email ebay to remove the feedback.
the crook ran off with my stuff and and i pat him in the back for doing a good job at it. lol
i sat in front of my computer laughing at my self for seeing that i'm in the looser line. i had always use shipping confirmation or signature on request every time i ship for every package i sent. it is a priority practice of my self that i like to have the knowledge of the safe arrival of the package.
that morning i must have skimp out a few dollars, perhaps for cigarette or coffee, i completely pass up all additional services for package handling.
i never though of something like this could happend. and it had to happened on the only day i dint use tracking for my package. coincidence, or just bad luck.

this crook pull same trick on another guy on ebay. i knew this because i re-visited his feed back rating a few weeks later to check up on him. the guy who was the victim left him a negative remark: "theif, pay with paypal, after receive item, reverse funds with fraudulent transaction."

but for me it was just bad luck.

do you think paypal would have suffer the loss if i was to have evidence of package tracking, and the theif use a stolen credit card to pay with paypal.

hi

see why I dont use paypal?

Money orders ONLY.. never had a problem. takes more time but never got stiffed in the arse...

I dont trust Paypal.. had some problems with them

Money Order = ship heli out
no money order = no helis...

VERY SIMPLE.. This is after bank confirms.. If my bank doesnt confirm. person doesnt get heli and is notified and "money order real or not" is shipped back..

worked for me.

i agree, but what about the security for the buyer. how would he know that i wouldn't ran off the with his money and not send him the stuff. i was in the stage where i was building a trading reputation too.

sometime i though paypal is protecting the crook from the victim. i came to them for help about my issue, as they are the middle man, and they're probably thinking i trying to stock somebody.

I know the feeling also. I bought a scale ship from a well known scale guy on this site, when I got the heli it was in very bad shape, it was covered by insurance but I have not seen a dime yet and its been 6 months.First its was they have no record of the claim, then they lost it and wanted to know where the damaged heli was, which has been at the post office the whole time.At this point I look at it as a lesson learned and im out 800.00.

Johnno,

What a raw deal you`ve got going on here - sorry to hear it. I am glad you`ve made this post, but I find myself getting quite angry while reading it. To read rappypapys`response - as if he is the one who has been wronged - is pretty darn tough to take.

Thieves are always the same. When they get caught, they often play the victim even in the face of overwhelming evidence against them. As I understand it, this knucklehead had your payment in hand for nearly two weeks and he still hadn`t shipped out the goods. Now he`s acting like you`re scamming him! Yet he has not posted anything remotely credible to support his version of events.

Honestly, I think we tend to be too soft on these types of individuals. I say; hang him out to dry as high, and for as long as you possibly can.

Having said all that, let me reaffirm that the vast majority of people are essentially honest and good. This appears to be especially true here on RR and in our Hobby as a whole. Perhaps that is why it is all so vexing. We expect to be occassionlly cheated on a Used Car Lot. But in this Hobby, where so much of what we learn and achieve is derived from the generous support of others, a situation like yours is particularily distainful.

Paypal has totally credited my account for all the nonsense. Finally...Be careful who you deal with. I have a 400 plus eBay ranking and never a problem. 3 transactions on RR two good and one jackass. Probably will stick to eBay from here on out. Thumbs up to Paypal for coming thru.
