It is a bit complicated, I would download the manual from one of the many heli websites here on the net. Basically, it's a series of collars with an allen key in each, then you remove the pitch control wire which runs up through the centre of the mainshaft, then push out the 'lug' at the top of the mast and draw out the mainshaft. The main gear will be free at this point and you can remove it. Reassembly is the reverse but u need to make sure the pitch control wire is in the same position as before you took it out.
