I have run that combo for lots of hours. Leave the low needle at the factory setting and start at 1& 1/4 out on the main. With CP 15 that should get you slightly rich, but still in the ballpark. To set the low end, it should be as rich as possible while still accelerating from idle after warming up. Set the top end using the smoke trail at a full power climb. It should be steady and about the same as a good smooh hover. Make small adjustments, it's easy to overshoot the ideal setting.
You will like the OS! I have also had good luck with the OS 8 or Enya 3 plug. They both seem to work equally well for me once the mix is dialed in. I think the Enya will tolerate a slightly richer mix and still run smooth, though.
