| I'm half finished my Sky Dragon, but have encountered a problem with the installation of the belt. I can attach the belt to the clutch assembly and the main rotor gear, but the clutch assembly and the main rotor gear rub together. I've tried using more shims on the engine to distant the clutch assembly to the main rotor. The only problem with using too many shims is that there is so much force pulling the two assemblies together to the point that the engine shaft and main gearbox bend. With the bending the belt tends to want to creep to the edge of the gears. I can't see it being that difficult to install a belt! Any Sky Dragon owners with advice please post a reply please......Thanks |
