hi i am getting my first vario used but nice can you tell me if reg v-blades will work they are full sym blades i dont think it should matter any advice good or bad ,ray

Vblades should works fine as long as no washout built on to it. Why not vario blades?

hi heli gal ,i am getting the skyfox mechs used and he doesnt have the blades for it .i am putting these in my vario airwolf that had min air gasser in it .i havent had the plessure of flying vario so i wanted the wolf to be all vario. the x-cell gasser kept stripping gears .so i have extra v blades and will use them until i get vario blades .i also have a vario huey and will be putting benzin cs in it .thanks ray

What length of the vblades you have? make sure the blade root is 14mm, chord 60mm and 660mm and up.. Is that the medium Airwolf or the large carbon one?.. if large carbon wolf you might be able to run longer blades. but gear might have to be changed to use longer blades though.

its the med and the blades are 680s your wolf looks like it is getting there i still need to fix the retracts in mine still dont know if i will use a servo on each one though but looks like i can make it work the guy i got it from did not have the retracts working just in the locked down pos cant wait to get it in the air if the vario is as smooth as my vigor i will love it and with a wolf body it will get alot of looks at the field i want to get the retracting guns for it but they are pricey .guess i will have to be a good boy and ask santa to by them for me .lol

Your airwolf still not completed? Vario is definitely smooth and you'll love it. what engine is in your vario? I hope your woodwork is all installed to accept the skyfox mechanic.. hole at the bottom.

Moore vario has a great deal on blades now. check it out.

Blades

Hi 37 heli crashes, I used V-blades all last season on my Vario X-treme left hand rotation and they work great. The only thing you will notice is the balance drill hole is at the top and is a little ugly to look at. Otherwise they work fine! Also I use them for 3d only, but hovering and foward flight is smooth. If you want try the Vario blades as they work good too but do not auto as well as Vic`s
