Ok...I've put a longer servo arm on the collective servo, the swash moves almost the entire length of the shaft now. Getting zero pitch at mid stick, +9 degrees postive at high. The issue is I'm getting around -15 at low collective!
What do I do to correct this?

The swash is level, all arms are level.

Well, like I said on RC Universe, I'd do it by
going to the EPA menu, then:

Left Stick full up....adjust up travel
Left Stick full down..adjust dn travel

watch the swash plate travel as you adjust.

With the radio in stunt mode and the stick at 1/2 throttle you should be at 0 degrees pitch. All of your control linkages and collective arm should be staight and level. If not then you need to adjust mechanically to ensure that everything is straight and level. Collective servo should be as dead center as possible. The collective arm should be level.

Next I would agree if you are getting more throw one way then you need to ajust the servo travel in the radio.

Most imprtant is to start out with everything in as neutral and level position as possible.

On the other hand, having that much negative will certainly help when you are inverted....LOL
