Hi,

I've just bought an Eolo Spirit Pro 2nd hand with Kontronics twist 37 and jazz ESC.

What battery size/config/type are you guys finding to be the optimum?

Thanks

3S2P, I like the brick you mount up front, see my gallery

You might consider connecting two Trex 450 batteries in parallel in case you already have those.

keepin' it real

I use 3S1P Kokam 3200 pack.
Gives me 15 mins of hovering flight.

They fit easily to the Spirit Li battery plate and canopy.
If you have an Eolo / Spirit Pro, you can order the battery holder and canopy as spare parts (no. S5145)

These cells can handle 20C (60A) so are working well within their capability

I use a 3S 3600 (12C) EMAX Lipo and get 20+ minutes of gentle hover on my old (about 4 years) Eolo.
It's prety much standard with a mega 16/15/3 motor, CC35 esc, original wire tail drive and sab carbon blades.
All up flying weight is 1.1Kg (2.4lb)
