Here is pictures of my HDX500SE project. I bought accidently HS-5245MG servos which are too big to 500 main frame, so i made some parts to fit.
I made new main frame, antirotation arms and servo mounts, myself.
Here is pictures of the projjects and the heli all parts put together.
I have field with the heli!
PS. I used autocad program and Nestix cuting program on our watter cutting machine at work.

That looks pretty sweet. I wouldn't mind having a set of those myself. Would you be willing to send my the file so I could make a set. I also have a waterjet at work that I can use at my disposal. I would appreciate it. If not thats okay too.

Btw, i do have a cnc blog at http://simplewords.genexis.net/, where i do some cutting on G10 with my sherline 5400/5410 CNC'd machine.

But currently, taking a break for 2 weeks due to studies, after which i'll be doing some design and cutting for a Aerial Videography project.
