e-Ark X-400 - MX400 > Aluminum Center Hub / Seesaw question

I am re-building my head using the HeliMax Aluminum parts and am a bit confused about the screws attaching the seesaw to the hub.

I only seem to have one in the (HMXE8609 Center hub with bearings.)

Surely there should be one on either side of the hub?

Can anyone tell me what screws/washers/stand-offs etc. should be used here?

Thanks!

After a recent MX400 crash, I lost those same parts (if they're the same as on a plastic head).

I emailed HeliMax for the part numbers. I sent them the attached picture so they'd know what I was referring to.

They emailed me back with (if these are the parts you need):
- HMXE7343 pan head screw 2x4mm
- HMXE8807 Stand offs

The more they overthink the plumbing, the easier it is to stop up the drain.

Thanks!

They do make it hard when they dont supply all the parts in pack - and no assembly diagram either.

Now for the CCPM frame - no assembly diagram with that either!!!

Update - just got my alu. hub w/bearings today. It came with both screws (black) and 2 bearings.
You should contact your retailer or online source for, at least, repalcement screws if you haven't found suitable ones yet.

I "rolled back" to the non-bearing aluminum head and used the screws that you suggested plus a stand-off - It is working fine.

Part of my reason for doing this is that I also lost one of the bearings which was listed (on Tower Hobbies where i buy parts) as a 3*8mm bearing - it is NOT - it is much smaller - so... while I try to get the right bearing!!!

The same Tower hobbies parts breakdown does not list any screws - but oddly shows just one in the photo!!!

Maybe i'll just order another one and pray!!
