e-MS Composit Hornet > Suitable receiver and gyro for Hornet CP?

I have seen several Hornet CPs with Futaba 240 gyros installed. There seems to be little question that this is a great gyro. I have Futaba 401s in both my glow fuel helis! But the 240 seems so big/heavy for the Hornet! Are there any lighter gyros that work as well as the 240 or at least close? Also, what is a reliable, lightweight FM receiver suitable for the Hornet? I have a JR 8103 transmitter. Thanks for any ideas!

definitely go for the Berg! I was at an indoor flyin and FMS and GWS were getting hit left and right. Bergs including mine never once. I little hit on a little heli can spell disaster quickly.

You can lighten your GY 240 considerably accoring to JohnK on his wesite. I'll try to post a link.
