Hello,

I just recieved a used arizona regulator but it has no instructions with it. I have figured out the flag pin is on/off Figured out where the leads go. I need to know how to set the voltage either on 4.8v or 6v. It has this button that plugs in the regulator but dont know if theres lights that let me know the voltage or do I need a voltage regulator to hook up?

Also I got a new fromeco 2600 li-on at it has deans and a servo plug that came with something plugged into it? Dont know what that is either?

Thanks Scott

The thing plugged into the Relions is something that makes the batt. safe to ship. I think you can just throw it out.

You change the voltage on the Arizona by shorting those 2 metal pins together with something, I used a screw driver. You short it for about a second or two and it changes the voltage in 0.1v increments. You would have to have a volt meter or something on the output side to check where you are at.

I used the 611 amp, because it has a voltage readout right on it.

Good luck!

ya, it is really handy to have the voltage readout on the 611 actually, one of the nice little benefits on it, but you gotta pay to play...

Few more things, you can use the metal pin from your pin switch to short out the 2 poles. And as a just incase safeguard, I cut a small piece of heat shrink tubing, slid it over the 2 poles, heated it till it shrank (if thats a word ) then pinched the end while hot to make a nice cover. Just incase while powered up something conductive ever layed across the 2 poles. Also, take care not to bend the wires too much behind the pinswitch in the blue heatshrink. That would be bad.
