Align T-REX 600N 700N > Does Anyone Know???

I recently bought a 600N Pro from my LHS which is in every as aspect a RC Car and Buggy shop but happen to have one heli in stock - my 600N. Anyways I got the heli all together and the last piece that was to go on was the canopy. Upon inspection (which I will admit should have been done prior to building) I notice the canopy has about a 3/4" v-shaped crack on it which is about to break off. Anyone know how I can go about getting a new canopy? Is there a warranty with this heli (I still have the receipt)? I know if I go through my LHS where I got it from, it will probably take three months to get a new one in. Do you all know if Align would directly replace it? The heli hasn't had one drop of fuel through it. Any and all assistance would be appreciated.

I would try the LHS first just to see what they say.Then I would try Align they should take care of it. You may have to send them the canopy. Keep us posted.

Back it up with some fiberglass and epoxy and go fly it. Don't waste the rest of the season waiting for another canopy. My 2 cents.

Buy a backup plastic canopy and then deal with this one...

I had the same problem with a FG canopy last month. I bypassed the LHS and went direct to Assurance. They were not happy during the first five minutes of the conversation, but quickly accepted my warranty return. It did take a couple of weeks and a few phone calls to get the new canopy. If your confident that Assurance is the distributor for you LHS, give them a call.
