Chuck talked to Tim and asked what Tim wanted to make this deal right.

this wasnt mentioned until you were nice enough to do so. I still havent seen Tim mention it but I'll take your word for it.

What in the hell was you think wanting Chuck the send new heli, engine, and muffler?

If that was what it was going to take to make the deal right then hell yeah! Oh, I dont think I ever said new engine and muffler. Hell, even parts to get the engine running would have sufficed.
Afterall, the heli was advertised as Ready to Run. that engine wasnt gonna run in the condition it was in...

The thread was closed last night but somehow it get opened back up.

Then obviously it wasnt closed. If the matter is resolved, then it should be properly closed, Tim edit your original post and select "Ok to close Topic" and then Save Edit.

All it is is peoples opinians, you may or may not agree with. I think this should of been resolved long ago. Its a forum to express ones views. Some may do it diffrently then others, but its only someone's viewpoint you may agree to disagree. My comment is, too bad it took so long for a resolution, if indeed there is one. But glad to see it getting resolved. Finally... Jimmi

heli deal

sorry about the edit. I wrote this under my partners sceen name. We was using the same puter. edited for you umdpru.
No keyboard testosterone here, just tried of you jumping in with your 2 cents when you didnt even have a dog in the fight. Its funny that you and the other sh_t stirrers have post in here a hell of alot more than the 2 people that do have dogs in the fight. So maybe Tim and Chuck here talking man to man on the phone and not using the threads to stir sh_t like yall. Get over it and let it go. The deal has been resolved.

Well, it would seem to me that if Tim (the original poster) did not want to stir the sh1T up, then he wouldnt have posted his predicament in a public forum. He could have PM'd and tried to resolve that way but judging by the first post in this thread, justice was not being served.

According to your definition of a sh1T stirrer, everyone who posted on this board besides Tim and Chuck are sh1t stirrers. It would appear that you fall into that category as well .

Case Closed !

Hi guys, for the most part this post has been resolved except for recieving the kit Chuck has promised me.
Also, thanks to everyone else that PM'd with offers for parts to help get me back flying.
At this time I would please ask that you do not shed any more bad light on to Chuck as he, in my eyes has done me right by doing what he needed to do.
I want to say that I was not looking for Chuck to provide me with a new heli, just an even trade that we both could have our fun with. I realize just as much as anyone, how each person values their own machines and what they feel they might be worth.
Though I will still have to invest some more money into the Gohbee to get it airborne, the offers from Chuck and Gohbee were acceptable and I feel good about the end result.
Thanks again, Chuck for being that stand up guy on this, and my hope is that everyone else will too see you in that light.
Tim
