As an example of what I mean by Customer assembly problems, take a look at these. Definitely a poorly designed helicopter...

Here is a quote from the person who bought this secondhand machine,

I have a gearbox here from a new customer who chose to use longer screws than what comes with G-dam gearbox( already INSTALLED), and of course proceeded to strip them out!

I could write a Freaking book, and probably should (as a comedy), on how badly people can screw things up.
