I just ordered a Raptor 50 and was wondering if there is anything I should know about it concerning problems people have had with it. I probably should have asked this before I ordered one but from what I have read it is a pretty solid machine.

What are you're experinces with the OS 50 engine? Any problem I should know about?

R50 w/ OS50

You must mill or dremel out the side frame a little bit to get the OS 50 carb to fit properly. The motor mount may be a bit tight too.

I have a 30 converted to a 46 and I love it, plenty of power and it flies great. It's more fun to fly the my Raptor 60 which is now undergoing surgery to become a scale ship.

I think you're gonna like it just like it is, well... maybe after you put some real blades on it and get rid of the woodies.

Compared to the OS 32 it drinks the fuel but it is well worth it!!

typical raptor clutch problems, i should have known...............buddy has sceadu 50 and loves it, no probs, i think it's a more solid machine than raptor and who cares about $75 when u add it all up if it pays for itself in replacement parts and hassles!!
