Howdy,

I just wanted to let everyone know that we are working to solve the clutch/fan assembly fit. We have modified the fan assemblies to eliminate the issue. Please note that there are kits with our dealers that may not have the modified fan assembly. We are working with them to resolve this issue quickly. If you have a kit that has this issue and have not been able to solve it, please give us a call and we'll get you going.

Thanks,
David

Gohbee,

I have a 50 with the old style clutch which has the starter shaft made onto the clutch. I was flying this past weekend and had a bearing acting up, the one which sits on top of the clutch bell in the frames. So while I had the frames split apart, I replaced the clutch(new style with one-way bearing and not the shaft made onto the clutch), starter shaft, clutch bell and all bearing in the frames. Now when I reassemble it all without the main gear installed. I have a binding clutch bell. I checked the clearances on the clutch, while not install in the frames it free wheels fine. Can you tell me why? Everything from the fan up is new gohbee parts and now there is no free wheeling of the clutch bell. Has all the tolerances changed from part to part? Should it work just as the old parts?
