| This is the story the way I remember it.
TC (the new owner) I hope you have better luck with this ship than I did.
Here goes:
The kit was received with a broken clutch bell. RJX replaced it.
I called and asked about the tail heavy problem, we discussed how to solve it, this is called product support. I ordered the CF boom.
The original tail belt was full of air pockets and was cracked in 7 or 9 places. RJX replaced it with another in similar condition. RJX replaced it again, Having "never seen this problem before".
The main gear stripped while in a hover. I replaced it, could have been my fault.
The clunk line broke after 5 flights, my fault I should have known better than leave the stock one in there.
The auto hub locked up on the 6th flight. I called RJX and RJX offered to send a replacement. RJX called back 30 minutes later and offered to take back the kit, and send me a new one. He said he didn't want this kit on the street, something is wrong with it". I asked if RJX would wait till the Xtreme comes out and credit my money towards that, RJX agreed. That was the end of March.
We made a deal.
Rusty of RJX gave me his word.
That is worth nothing to Rusty of RJX.
Fast forward 3 months........
A box shows up from RJX. My wife calls and tells me. I think great, new heli to try out. I work all night at the firehouse, come home open my new box and BAM this isn't what RJX promised, maybe Rusty made a mistake, I call RJX and Rusty sticks it to me, "you signed for it, it's yours now" WTF....... if he had called or emailed it would have been different, I would have understood. Rusty of RJX didn't have the decency to explain the situation, he just assumed that it would be ok. This is not the customer service I came to expect from RJX. This is not ok.
I sent the new kit back.
I am disappointed.
RJX had that heli longer than I did, and if RJX had any successful flights, RJX probably have more time on it than I did.
Rusty, I did nothing but promote your product in a positive light. I helped you keep the forums active. The heli flies great, I told lots of people about that. I just couldn't keep the darn thing in the air, until now I have not advertised that fact.
I thought your support was top notch till you tried to force my hand.
You would not want to be treated this way.
Rusty has sold this defective POS heli to an unsuspecting individual and returned the $500 in proceeds to me. Wow, what a way to make things right, just pass on the problems to someone else.
I will never do business with this company again.
