We will show on IRCHA the prototype of a new Joker specialized on hard aerobatics. The machine is based on the experiences 3D-pilots have collected during the last years with Joker 2.

The Joker 3D does not replace the current line, it is only a version of Joker 2 thought for a (relative) small group of X3D-pilots.

General modifications to Joker 2 are:
- improved motor mount
- modified front gear with tube driven tailrotor
- new tailrotor gear with multi-ballraced linkage
- modified MFS-mainrotor ready for V-Stabi
- new freewheel clutch

We have strictly looked for compatibility to Joker 2, all of these new components can be upgraded separatly. So each one can decide what is really necessary for himself.

Gerd, this is great news. I always found the belt driven tail on the JK2 is a little weak for 3D, and have been looking for way to make a tube conversion, but now all I have to do is purchase the upgrade.

Will you have any upgrade to the existing MFS head to make it quicker in cyclic?

Duc, there is a small conversion with shorter blade grip arms #537 and smaller mixer arms #560. If you are able to do that place on #503 parallel to the existing thread a M3 thread 4 mm more to the inner side and use the mixer arms from the mini-Joker. For much more aggressive cyclic we have removed the flybar.
