| For maintenance I anoint the bearing with a drop or two of tri flow when I have the main shaft out. So, I've probably lubed it 3 times. Headspeed, I try to keep it around 1950 or so. Do I fly hard, that's so subjective. I like to think I do, I'm certainly no one you'd be impressed by but I try. I have a video from months ago when my heli was new in my gallery that might give you an idea but I've made progress since then.
As for being fortunate, I don't think so. I just don't have the problems you read so much about on forums whether it be static issues, one ways, swash plates, etc. I've said it before and it should be painfully obvious but if you read about any problem on a forum it will quickly appear to be widespread even if only one person on the planet has the problem. Doesn't take any time at all before people jump on the preventive bandwagon. Not saying people haven't had problems with the oneway maybe more than they should've but the majority haven't had any problems. The preceding was IMO
