| It is a New HubThe problem we have now is that the align's design is wrong.
For a proper one way bearing design, the bearing is not suppose to be working along.
It is required to have either two bushing or two bearing on the top and bottom to support the rotation.
The actual One way bearing suppose only do the one way job.
So what i did is, that the one way bearing is high quality with one side ball bearing assist. the stock One way bearing only handle up to 13N.m torque, the one i am using handles 18.5N.m torque.
Also, i used another ball- bearing on the other side of the one way bearing to handle the rotation force.
So there is one new hub and one way bearing and one ball bearing + new designed sleave insert to replace the entire stock units.
All i need to do is to mount the stock gear on it...
I am thinking about a mass production on this unit, including everything it costs around $20
