Had a quick flight today with the Maxi Joker 2 and the Nikon D80 (First flight for the D80). I am not too happy with the results so I need to get the Maxi flying smoother and maybe change some of the settings on the camera.

Thanks to Karl for taking time out of his 600N build to help and operate the camera.
I am sure RR Photo Cache will mess with the photos but here goes.

I flew my 600N at RAMS today. It's a nice field, and I am considering membership for next year, if the field still exists then.

The Seattle Post....

OK, now this is what Im talking about, a new forum (The Seattle Post) I am in Lynnwood, WA. I guess about 12 miles north of Seattle, We do have sanctioned fields in the area like Snohomish however if we are looking for a new neutral field lets get together and talk it over, Someone pic a time and place and all us WA based heli pilots can get together, pic the time and place for the meeting and I am there, I have a suggestion, I have a place we can meet if you like, I work for The Drift on in Casino in Shoreline and next store in Club Hollywood they have a very nice banquet room we could use for the asking I am sure. Let me know guy's. I have been flying sense I started flying by myself (9 months). I fly at the local Grade school here in Lynnwood, never get bothered, also at a local base ball field, and one other field in my area. Its just me so know one really cares however if there was 40 of us I am sure it would be put to a stop. I am interested in having a field for us to fly at in the shoreline area thats neutral.

if anyone would like to come out tomorow night
we fly thursday nights 6pm
I-5 south to 56th street exit think its exit 130,
go right on 56th going west traveling bout 1mile,
then turn left on south tacoma way
go up to 66th street turn right
then like 3 blocks up on the right theres a school
we will either be on the west side or the east side.
theres a road right before the school we could be on that side of the field,
turn right there and you will see us parked up a block on the left on the road or..
if the back of the school is open pull up to the only paved road going on to the school property and pull in we will be back there all the way back
its bout bout 100 yards past the first desription

alright you got my cell phone # come out and burn some fuel with us
I got a new bearing in my hyper and wanta see if i can beat it up alittle

OK. I couldn't find the school name, but your directions are very precise. It should be at S 66th St @47.197370, -122.487100 (link to google maps w GPS coordinates)

Yes!! I am in support for a club in the south end area. I have been flying my 450's and 600 at a near by grade school which is fine but need to adjust my time around soccer and little league baseball games played there. I have recently entered the scale world and have put my 600 into a 50 size fuselage. It's great but when I pull that baby out it draws alot more attention from on lookers so the liability issue increases. I'm all for starting a club in this area!
