I can't tell if the amount of vibration im seeing is normal. I am wondering how much everyone's heli vibrates at diff times such as very low medium and flying speed rpm's. My heli rocks it tail up and down when its on the ground at lower rpms. Is this normal? I want to make sure so that there is nothing wrong with the heli's setup before I try to fly for the first itme.

If anyone has any mpegs or spooling up and takeoffs so that I might have a reference.

You can expect that to happen until the blades are spinning fast enough to fling themselves out to the proper position. It can also happen as the blades slow down, particularly if they are a bit loose in the grips.

Provided it doesn't look like it's going to tip over, just run up to flying RPM. If it still happens, you have problem like main blade balance, or a bent main shaft.

Head shaking at flying RPM can also be caused by blades that are out of track.

Jumpie Fuel

I had a nice little wave action going with the fuel tank today.
Not white capping, but just sort of sloshing around and up and down.

One click leaner on main needle and it settled down.

any crashes lately?

Last good crash I had screwed up my rotor head pretty bad. After I replaced all the obvious broken parts (blades, control rods, tail boom etc.) i had a terrible vibration. I basically tore the whole thing apart and finally found a very slight bend in my main rotor shaft. I'm not saying thats your problem, but sometimes there's a little hidden "tweak" in your heli that takes a lot of searching to find.
Just thought I'd give my two cents, thats probabaly all it's worth.
