By most accounts, the Actro 24-4 seems to be the best happy medium. 5 mins balls to the wall 3D power. This is the motor I am planning on running on mine. It did really well for the Logo 14's and the Raptor conversions. They have been around for a few years and they have made only minor changes and they are still very popular.

According to Eric Larson, he says it is the second most powerfull motor available for the Razor. I really feel it is the way to go.

FYI the recommended gearing is 9.6:1.

Currently running the NEU hot set up, 18.46 etc and getting 4.5 to 5 mins with FlightPower 3700 packs. With the 4350s it would go to 6 mins of top class performance.

I'm using a Z50A-800 motor on 12:1 gearing, dialed down to 2300. With FP 5S 3700 packs, I get right at 5 minutes of hard flying. AirThunder has a few 10S 5000 that will fit and they should get a couple more minutes.

hey , I ran the 24-4 , it really worked fine on 12s as well , but I like the 32-3 on 12s 3850s the best , videos of both motors in my gallery

I am still planning on running a 32-3 on 10s. The Logo guys seem to be having good luck with it and I think I'll be fine once i get the gearing sorted.

The recommended ratio on the Tango 45-08 is 14.25. I am assuming the testing was done on 600's. What would a ratio change to say 15 do if one goes to 620's? Is it too much for the Tango to pull 620's on 14.25?

I dont know , but its worth a try , that should give you alittle more torque to offset the bigger blades,
