Like Inky said, adjust the needles 1-2 clicks at a time and no more. Once you find the sweet spot on the high speed needle, then adjust the mid needle, and finally your low end. You want the high speed set for max power while still maintaining a good temp (about 200 F). The mid range should give you excellent power through hard collective maneuvers like tic tocs, piro flips, etc. Then you want the low speed to have a smooth transition from idle without any hesitation.
Once you get the needles set, you will most likely have to tweak the Revmax just a little. Since you leaned the engine, the headspeed will increase, therefore you will have to lower the gain in the radio for the Revmax. You should be able to get it very close by sound and feel. Since we set it around 1900 rpm, make a mental note on how the heli feels now before you start adjusting the needles and the Revmax.
Give me a call if you need help.
