Lol

Man I'm hella broke this month! I took so many days off work for finals. Plus I had to get 4 graduation gifts for my close friends, a cool present for my mom for Mothers days, and a present for my dad for his birth day coming up next week. My secret heli $$$$$$ stash/student loans had been wiped out. NOT to mention the bills and the cost to fix my tranny What a bad month! Next year Houston, next year. Plus that gives me more time to practice my 3D so I can fly as good as Nick and you Mike

Is bad bad? Is sick sick?? Who knows???

The kids all say sick - meaning good or bad but not sick so is Shawn sick, bad, good??? or just weird. He sure likes his tea(bags).
Is that some kind of special landing gear - you know-unbreakable and flexible or just wide stance (like that senator from Idaho). I know that ithas something to do with RC Helicopters - Just haven't figured out what - I know it must be a governor - have you ever seen a governor on a steamengine - two balls spinning around and when they raise up the steam engine slows down then the balls kind of drop and the engine speeds up - I finally got it.

Will anybody be at the field on Sunday to help set up my Vibe 90?

Yep I had some good flights as well. Im pushing my synergy harder now. My engine is running awesome. I had someone taking video today at the Houma feild. I will post it when its up. So far 10 flights on it and looking good. I'm feeling more comfortable with it. Very nice weather indeed.

DITTO ON THE GREAT DAY

I didn't leave the field until about 6 and it was quiet and empty with little wind. Almost learned what a Pantera taste like. Just because of an errant gust of wind (it couldn't be that I am just learning to fly with 4 months under my belt) the machine took a dive for the ground and in my effort to keep it afloat I throttled up and right over the top of me but I did recover.

I finally flew my Vibe 90 and if the engine nut (no comments about the pilot - please) hadn't of come loose, I would have flown a little more.

My 401 on the Pantera seemed to be having a little difficulty locking in but later I discovered that the tail fitting was "sticking" to the point that it broke my tail pitch control rod. It works fine now. Fortunately the Heli Gods were looking out for me as the rod broke just as I was hoveing close to the ground.

I wish that I could be at the field for Memorial Day but will be camping in Washington State with my son and his family - Hope y'all have a great time.
