Autogyros - Gyrocopters > DAG 1 project

Well I ordered the plans/CD from Surace Aviation alias IMASOFAMAN.
Also ordered his recommended elect. motor he shows on his website.
Right now am puzzeled somewhat as to an ESC and battery for it.
Cant wait to get this project underway.
Anyone else build one and comments? Ron

RCtime, can you post the link to his web site where I can find the plans? I have a spare 380 brushless motor, esc, micro servos, 7 ch PCM TX & RX from a crashed micro helli that I can use for this type of project. I was going to rebuild my heli but decided to get a bigger helli to learn on. I went with a Hirobo Freya 90 and learned to hover in a day. Larger is more stable and I should have purchased that from the beginning but now I have parts I don't know what to do with. I don't want to get into "planks" but gyrocopters seems like fun.

Just go to page 2on this gyrocopter forum, about halfway down you will see scratchbuild autogyro plans and cd. by imsofaman. Click on his link.

I just received my plans and cd today. Looking itover and it seems an easy build. I have scratch built many planes though.

gonna start on it tomorow pm Imasofaman and ask him if your motor is powerful enough.
