I am just finishing the build of my TREX 600 Nitro and have a nice shiny set of V Paddles to fit.

My question is how far should I screw them on since they are a different size to the standard ones. Am I aiming for the same outside distance end to end as the standard ones or should I fit them to the specified inside distance mentioned in the manual (125mm). Any help would be appreciated.

I screwed mine in untill I saw no more threads, then backed them out 3 turns, to where I saw about half of the threads in the set screw hole.

I would have thought it wasnt good to screw in the set screws against the threads incase they get damaged. Anyone else care to comment?
