| I am about a third of the way through. So far so good. I must admit I am pretty impressed with a few of the features, such as the size of the feathering shaft and the swash plate. There will be some work required on the clutch and fan.
here's what I did:

I was out of the magnets that come with the Revmax, Sooooo...I went Radio Shack and bought up some 1/8th Rare Earth Magnets. Naturally, they were not the same size as the counter sunk holes in the fan( Off to the drill press). I used a 5/32 drill bit to widen and counter sink the fan a little deeper, at least one person I know had the magnets rub on the inside of the fan shroud, so I made sure mine were flush.

I removed the clutch liner that was installed, and Dixon Lopez slipped me a JR liner (part#jrp970080). I rapped clutch shoe with blue fine line tape(three times around) and used JB weld to install the new liner, I then stuffed the shoe in the bell and let the JB weld dry. End result is a .011 gap. should be good to go.
I also surfaced the fan and the engine fan mount with 600 grit sand paper, the fan mount had some micro burs that were not allowing the fan to sit flush. Use caution not to over tighten the screws that hold the fan to the engine fan mount or you will warp the fan.
Other then that, every thing fits flawlessly so fare. I started monday night, I will be up on skids before bed tonight. I have about 6 hrs. invested, 3 of witch was the fan and the clutch mods.
