We're thinking of doing a Heli Fun fly the the weekend of April 20 - 21. Location beautiful, SUNNY and WARM Fort LAuderdale Florida area
I need to present an estimate of how many pilots might attend, to our clubs board, so that I can lock up the field for the weekend.

This would be a great chance for all you cold Northerners to come down south for a few days, thaw out, and do some flying.

I believe that it is one week after the Jet Rally which I am attending. I will try to make it, i don't know if I can extend a week of vaction though

It would be nice if you could space it a little further from Phoenix and Birmingham. Trying to make all three will be difficult.

Too many events in March

I can't speak for everyone else but that's right after two very well known and well attended events (Phoenix and B'ham). I would love to go to Florida in March but considering the fact that I'm going to Phoenix and B'ham, I can't afford the time off work or the extra cash.

Date Change
