i pointed out to Vario DE that bad dealers makes the manufacturer look bad.
They don't seem to care.
I quote from their email to me "Each of our partner firms is legally independent, i.e. it is itself responsible for the content of its web site, and for all orders, contracts and settlements involving its customers."
fair enough, but each time one of their dealers drags his heels, doesn't answer emails etc, if reflects badly on Vario DE.
And remember, the error was with the Vario headoffice in the first place.
I run my own company and I too have worldwide dealers for my products (synthesisers). If one of my legally independant dealers was not providing a good service, I would speak to them about it, and in worse case, suspend dealings with them.
And if one of my kits had missing parts (I sell kits too), I would be happy to post the missing parts direct to the customer.
I know there are good Vario dealers out there and hats off to them. But unfortunately you don't know who the bad ones are until you buy from them, then it is too late. |
