Got a 2100 amp li-po. How do you dispose of it properly?

I just got rid of (2) 16c 4200mAh by soaking in salt water for 5 days and disposing in trash.

Just put it in a salt water bath if you want it dead
quick, poke small a hole in each cell and the salt water
will do the rest in a couple hours! If you want to be
super safe put on gloves and protective eyeware

lol.... General answer would be.... just burn it!

But i like tossing it up in the air then shooting it an airsoft rifle.

I wouldn't poke it incase of a charge. Just soak them in saltwater for 24-48hours and it bubbles and fills up with white/green residue. Then just pitch em. Don't go poking them though.

I found a battery store here in Austin, took a shoe box full down there and they took them for me.

I didn't want to blow them up, blow my garbage man up, or toss them in water.

They took them and didn't charge me anything...
