How come the winner of 3DX Ireland John O'Rourke and the other 3DX winners from around the world will not get a entry to the masters as and the Clubman 3DX winner got an entry by winning out of 15 pilots? Is the entry fee the same for all the events events?
It still seems strange the other winners dont even get a free ticket into the field to watch the masters. It seems slightly unfair to me. I also thought tradition had to be built up over more than a whole three years
malb34you do have a point my friend..but look at it this way.i was in clubman 2005 and came 4th place.and entered into 3d masters in 2006 coming 13th..so that means i cannot enter clubman again(being in the masters)so will never win that...and get automatic entry either. but i will try for expert class in 2008.i agree it would have been great for the clubman winner in ireland to get automtic entry into the masters.but when does it all stop..from there on..cus all 3dfx events winners in uk and ireland will expect the same treatment and maybe could cause problems..im not sure what you recon regards craig ps could uk pilots enter your clubman competition in ireland ? if not hows that fair either..i dont know..just asking the questions for possible answers
just a thought...what happens if the clubman winner goes into another 3dfx competition and doesnt win that time.. i recon pilots who win one 3dfx competition may not win the next they enter...so how do we finally rank our uk competition pilots for instance steve gerrard is entering 3d championship and duncan isnt(to date)so does that make steve the top dog(maybe not)not in my book..so hows it work guys.. regards craig
