CIRRUS 701, 702, 704 servos

go to WWW.HOBBYPEOPLE.NET and look at the CIRRUS servos for
your STINGER 50 and STINGER 90 application.

The CS 701 IS $19.99 and gives you 126/144 inch oz. of torque
at .15/.13 SEC speeds. I use these on Raptor 50, Caliber 50,
Tiger 50 helis and Concept 60 SR II's. Tough karbonite gears.

I will use the CS 702 and CS 704 servos for my Raptor 70, and Stinger 90. Look at the speeds. CS 702 is HIGH SPEED a t .10/.08 and big inch ounces. Metal gears

CS 704's are plenty fast and hugh inch ounces of torque with metal gears. .17/.15 sec speeds with 181/195 inch ounces of torque at 4.8/6.0 volts.

702's and 704's available for $30 bucks

Great value and strong even though they aren't digital servos.

I have been using these for over 10 years.
Even the CS601 is a strong value servo good enough for 30 size helis at only $9.99. Been using them for throttle servos before I started running Throttle Jockeys.

A update I been taking awhile to get this chopper going for many reason's one being I am making it a gas heli. But anyway I have the radio gyro and gyro servo one Hs-6965 servo the gyro is the gy401 and the BME 90. I am hopping to get this going soon still need some servo blades and maybe some gears. But anyway I am wondering can you mix servo's I thought for sure you could for like throttle then cyclic but what about like left and right should they be same? Also anyone else use the servos in the above link and are they good? Also don't see the special at servo city?

On the Stinger 90 you can mix servos.
It is only on an eCCPM heli that the 3 (or 4) swash servos must be matched.
I would put the strongest one on the collective and the weakest one on the throttle.

I have never used the Cirrus servos so I can't help you there.

I have a question if I only have one servo that is the fastest besides the rudder servo what should I use it on? I was thinking maybe collective what do you all think?

I think you would want a servo on the throttle that's a little faster than the one on the collective...
power before demand...

Shanee....

For a less expensive servo that's decent...

At this point(Servo City is out of the HS-6965's)
an HS-5625MG on 6v should work fairly well.
$47 on E-bay.

Why would you say the HS-5625MG wouild farely well? Because they should work just as good if not better then ones I was looking at. They have good enough torgue and a good speed even at 4.8?

Hey Shane.....

The one's I mentioned are digital, so should center pretty good.
They however are a little bit on the slow side compared to what most guys are running on 90's ..... even at 6v. Their torque is fine and they are recommended by Hitec fore Heli applications....

So...they would be a decent servo....just a little on the slow side...unless you're a pretty good pilot....you may not notice the speed thing at all.

Hope that helps....
