HIROBO Freya - Sceadu - Shuttle > Does this throttle curve seem a little strange?

Finally got the chance to take the Sceadu 50 out for some flying today.
This is its and mine third time flying. I have about 3/4 gallon of fuel though it now and the engine is really starting to break in and is running great. Had to lean out the bottom end a little. Anyway, the engine is running better and better and soon i noticed that it started overspeeding pretty bad. The tail also started wagging in fast forward flight at 60% gain in HH (jr550T).

I brought it down and it was screaming through the descent. I then played around with the curves until it hovered just a tad above 1/2 stick.

Here's my pitch curve.

35 50 65 80 100 -4 deg at low stick. 5 deg at half stick 11.5 at full stick.

Throttle Curve.

0 9.5 31 54 76.5

My throttle ATV is set to 80% both up and down, and moves nice and linear.

I'm using 15% heli redmax, 9C radio, stock 570 blades - i don't want to replace them yet since i'll probably brake them anyway although I do have a set of 600 mm raptor wood blades.

Next time i'll go i'll turn the 2nd and 3rd poin in the throttle down even more, as it was still overspeeding a little in a medium descent.

Does it seem like those are the approximately right settings? On takeoff it would rocket straight up at 76.5% on the curve. Anything larger and it would start overspeeding.

If that is correct, then the throttle settings that are in the manual are not even remotely close to what they really are for the 50.

Thanks
Max

Sounds ok to me.
I think my lil 46 could work those 570's over.
They are NOT enough blade for the mighty OS50.
A friend with an R50 is running 12 to 12 with 600mm blades and with the GV-1 off, it will overspeed them.

Those seem pretty close to mine other than the High one. I'm at 80% with +13deg pitch. I'm using CP15% fuel and have a Weston pipe on the OS50. My Mid setting is still a bit rich but I'll leave it till I'm get a 2nd gallon thru it. Just finished the first gallon on it yesterday.
Love that Heli!
