Well I'm off to the field to Maiden my first Nitro Heli ( Knight Sport w/h Hyper 50)!!
It seams like we are going to have 2 more guest arive to fly 50 size nitro's too. Giong to be a great day as long as the Heat dosen't get too Hot.
Will try to post some pictures later, good,, or Bad!!!!

I was think'n the same Boid, a Double screen user, but any way:

My gyro wasn't work'n at all today, so I'll have to send it off to futaba for repair, but got 2 photo's for ya:

Tom's Kill'n skeeter's with a Rapy 50 & when I snapped the photo it was still on the ground, Fast!!

10 minuits later blades came out of track @ 60' them, BOOM!! fell out of the sky!!!

and one more thing "DON'T BE AFRAID!"

Its easy if people want to join OCHC Pm me its that simple...

We have had several new members join hang out and add to the group. OCHC did the invite EVERYONE kind of thing ( look at my gallery ) and it was great we all had a good time.. Now OCHC does whats best for the current members not the masses. QUALITY over QUANTITY !!!!

Kort, I am also a newbie. Unlike you I have had great succes with the forums and with the OCHC crew although not amember I have had many conversations with many of the members of OCHC I think if I where to make the RIGHT effort I would find a super positive group of guys to fly with in the OC. I think you should make the effort to become the head of the welcoming commitee for OCHC totaly dedicate yourself for the better of others. I believe with your commitment you could show others what you feel this grouop of flyers is missing. Just my .02 but maybe worth a try??? Good Luck and I hope to meet you at the field one day.

Couldn't agree more. Same cr@p from the same tools, different day.

Now that I pulled myself from big blue bucket (and got rid of all the in-laws

) I will be back in style this weekend. Hopefully I will have my motor back for the 600 by then

If not I'll at least be there with the 450.... let's see if I still remember how to fly... WHATCH OUT

Well, I wasn't in the blue bucket but I have been busy too. I will be coming out this weekend as well...two helicopters with me. Looks like it will be a good turn out and 2 tons of fun!

OCHC was AWSOME today!!!!

We were hucken it at 7am till about noon or so. Our boy Hector was KILLEN the BBQ today nothing like a great BBQ at the field.. WHat a great way to end the day. Hector looked like he was back to his old self just TWISTEN that raptor all over the field. He did have a small mishap his 401 came off in flight and that r 30 was all over the place but he was able to land it with no problems... VERY CLOSE CALL for Hector... Bryan has come a LONG way in a very short time nose in with a little FF. Way to go Bryan.. It is great to see him progress so fast... Dwight had a mission today 1st help out 2nd HUCK that BIOTCH all over the field.... Dwight has got the flips and VERY FAST FF down that R 50 can move out !!!!! Chris was haveing a great day UNTILL he almost PLOWED his new R50 nose 1st into the ground from about 150 ft up and about 75mph..Im not sure how he pulled it off from about 8 ft off the deck BUT HE DID... After we helped him clean his SHORTS he looked to be oky...Chuck was all over the field killen the sticks with his 450. For me i was toolen around the field just haven a great time... To all OCHC thanks for a great day!!!!!!!

Today was the BEST time I'v ever had at OCHC. Every single flyer showed their talent today. There were plenty of flips , rolls , inverted flights. Chris gets the Save of Year when he lost orientation in flight and manage to save it 8 feet from plowing in. Whew,had us all puckerin.

Man,, I cant wait until next week....

OCHC...This Batt.'s For You!!!

All,

I would like to dedicate this morning's fantabulous T-Rex 450 flight to ya'll. I flew one battery at my secret test site near my house, and it was my first flight in idle1. Thanks to all of you who so unselfishly helped me tackle this milestone. I chose 100-95-90-95-100 T/C after all and that was absolutely perfect. There is a touch of a jump in RPM upon switching, but nothing I couldn't handle. You were all right...it flies noticibly better. A non-typical am breeze this morning was no problem with the added power. I love the way it flies! Thanks to Chris for telling me to program idle2 the same way in case I accidentally choose it. I love that little REX!

And for Sunday...what a great time at the field! Thanks for the grinds, Hector. Santa's looking for an upgraded Q for you...hang in there. That picture of you at the grill is priceless too.

This is a great club man. I have a feeling we will be in store for many more days like that...

Thanks to each and every one of you who are making this such an awesome hobby! See you next time!
