Heli blades are not efficient on autogiros, since they are symmetrical. We need to use semi-simmetrical profiles like Clark y, they perform much better starting autorrotation and producing lift.
What size are you thinking of ? If it's small enough, there are rotorblades that are a-symetrical, namely the ones used on those little fixed pitch birds.

There are also bigger helicopters that use semi symmetrical blades, I had semis on my shuttle (550mm long) and a lot of the helicopters used as a camera ship use semi blades to.
you need to use flat bottons on auotgyros is in clark Y
if I know what I'm talking about. check my pics

E-flite makes flat bottom blades for the Blade cp. They are about 9.5 inches long and a 1 5/8 inches wide. Wouldn't these work ?Maybe a 3 blade setup? Just one place you can get them. .http://www.horizonhobby.com/Product...rodID=EFLH1147A
