Hi,

I was wondering if most of you practice pirouettes to both sides? I remember a topic of discussion when I studied martial arts where some thought it was better to work on your weak hand and foot in an effort to bring it equal to your "strong" side, while others thought that it was better to really work on your strong side so as to have one spectacular "weapon" rather than two medicore ones. Since I've just started to "spin", I thought I would get your thoughts! Is there even a "strong" side to a heli? Please let me know.

Thank you for any feedback,
Michael

Practice both sides, of course!

It is "easier" for the machine to piro in the direction of the torque reaction, as it unloads the drive train.

That's written very generally. Most models are clockwise rotation
(hence left piro "easier" for the machine), but not all of them.
