I'm not looking for any extra weight but I see several good reasons to try this pack. I look forward to the arival of their 6s5000.

My surprise at how many people are for sale is only rivaled by my shock at how little they cost

I emailed about the 6s 5000mha packs and was told they would be out soon. At 280.00 a pack. If there is a similar weight diff like the one with the 3s packs. That would be that would be 4oz heaver 6s pack than the tp's right??

i can't wait for their 6s5000mah pack . i got too many 3s packs for 450(6 tp + 4 dn) both my logo and rex600 running short of lipo, only 1 for each of them .

with their 5000 pack, i guess i could flying 7mins none stop without worry . yes, my trex600 HFE with TT is little tail heavy, so the weight and perf. on the new pack could be perfect.

i think that you are all going to find out that completely discharging these packs is going to produce the same results as most other lipo packs regardless of what the vendor claims. They are afterall still lithium based and i just cant imagine that something magical has happened in the developement of these packs to allow total discharge and still have long cycle life expectancy.

This is very interesting. The 3S battery however was only drained to 9v at it's lowest, still 3volts per cell, which is not beyond what any Lipo would tolerate. Really need to discharge the thing much further to prove the manufacturers claims. The fact that few chargers would work as standard to charge a low voltage LiPo has maybe not escaped the manufacturers notice! Will be very interesting to see the inflight graphs to see how the voltage holds up. Regardless of the claims for low voltage operation it still is an interesting low price LiPo brand.

If the 6S 5000 is $280, that is certainly not low priced.

A123s are also lithium based and you can run those flat every time with no ill effects. So anything is possible.
