| Zagis are a blast!Zagi's are a blast to fly. I learned to fly on a zagi. When I was done with it, I gave it to a friend and he in turn learned to fly on it. It flew for almost another year after I got rid of it. These are the gliders that I am speaking about. I also have had more than several of the 400x.
I have nothing but great things to say about these planes. I have flown the 400X for over twenty five minutes with out ever once hitting the throttle. I have had them soooo high that I have literally had to stop and focus on the spec in the sky for a few seconds to determine witch way it was going.
The 3C is the bomber slope combat model; we have the second windiest spot in North America, a few miles from my door. I learned to fly on the zagi platform and truly believe that there are few things that rival the fun I have with one of these gliders and a few dysfunctional friends. The are quiet and with a 1400Nimh I fly for three and a half hours on a charge. That’s allot of EPP slapping!
The 400X has the larger battery and flies for almost ten mins at high throttle. I would suggest this over the other electric.2000 higher rpm on the motor and almost twice the flight time.
These planes are easy to build and fly well in a wide range of conditions. They are also very affordable. The two brothers that make/sell them are also great guys.
P.S. Join us out on the slope sometime and I will promise you this; You will see more "Bush" than the White House! |
