Here are a few pics of the Revolution 90 that I once owned. It weighed less than 10 lbs. RTF w/o fuel. That included governor, gyro, servos, 4800 mah li-ion rx battery, etc. I loved it, but there was no parts support for it when I had it.

It is a great heli and flies incredibly well. I wish I would have never got rid of it. I would eventually like to pick up one of the newer carbon fiber models.

Jag72, you know you want one so you may as well get one. Since you are mainly an electric guy now, they even have models designed for e-power.

Here is the official website for the Revolution 90: Heli Professional

Check out my gallery for some great Revolutioon pics...

My friend Shun in Houston had one of these and it was indeed a gorgeous heli. I was enamored with the technology and the design, which is obviously unique and apparently very functional.

After I saw this bird I developed some serious Revolution envy. Nothing that $$ can't solve

See the pics in my gallery

One of those Revolutions looks very familiar. I remember that fun fly. Shun and I sure drew a crowd with our Revolutions out there.

Gary, good to hear from you...

Yeah Gary, that's your Revolution.

Are you still flying it? Those of us who are contemplating buying one would love to get your take on the bird too.

Give us a quick download. By the way, I shamelessly stole your homemade voltage tester idea (1A load) with the resistor from Radio Shack and have been using it ever since. The $4 that cost beats the pants off of paying $40 for one

Hey Kevin,

I loved that heli. Unfortunately I traded it a few months after that funfly (Mayday '06). Since there was no US distributor at that time, I was scared to death of putting her in. She sat there looking pretty most of the time.

If I could afford another one, I would definitely get it. The newer carbon fiber versions are even nicer looking, especially the new canopy (I love it!!! ). If I remember correctly, I believe mine weighed about 9.5-10 lbs rtf w/ fuel. Because of the low weight (especially for a 90) it had great collective authority. The rotor head is fully adjustable as well. You can have it very mild or wild, whatever suits your style. It was also very fast in FFF and did not have any pitchiness. With the unique tail setup, it had tons of tail authority. CY liked it when he flew it.

If you have the money for one, I would highly recommend it. I hope to one day get another one.

I wish I could take credit for it, but I was told how to make it by Kirk from Fromeco. It puts a 1a load on your battery and is very easy to make. I'm glad that you liked the idea and you are putting it to use.

Talk to you later.

Welll.......

After years of wanting one of these revolutions I think I may just bite the bullet and buy a new kit...

I'm thinking of trying the electric version...and fitting it with a vbar...that looks like it will be a killer setup..

Roxxters ROCK!!!
