Vario Sky Fox - Benzin - Evolution - Xtreme > Vario Benzin extended version

I was wondering if anyone has bought the largest version of the vario benzin heIi? I am interestedin the extended version with the 230 motor and the 810 mm blades. I am interested in the performance, and the canopy. It looks like a cool canopy and great decals. I like the size of the heli and was wanting some input before I buy one.

Yes. Dan may have some left, but according to Roger there is just to many items to change to the kit, and many times some things are forgotten, which is a pain to them and the customer. Coupled with the fact that the 800mm blades are extremely hard to get lately makes it a smart move.

Didn't know the 421 getting to be on a short supply, Dan should have quite a few around.
Just wondering if VBlades can be used with the vario machine with that length of blades (800mm industrial blades)

Any symetrical blades can be use with the LH rotation machine as long as there is no washout on the blade. I used NHP blades for years with good results, but the Vario blades were better. I have been using the SAB 810's with very good results, but those are difficult to get as well.

Thanks for the info, I may wait and see what bergen comes out with. If the production has stopped and parts are missing then I don't need that kind of headache

You can try cyberheli.com, they have some TG blades at 810 mm for the Benzin, cheaper than the stock Vario blades.

Stretch Benzin

Anybody's interested I have most of the parts to convert a standard 22MM boom Benzin to a 25MM long boom. I have the boom, stainless drive shaft, tail gear box adapter, boom holder, fin mount and servo mount. Everything is new. I also have a new Benzin canpopy with decals and a complete set of landing gear that I won't be needing. I was going to put it all on e-bay but never got around to it. I'd like to get $200 for everything plus shipping. You can check my feedback rating on ebay as flybar007.
