Can anyone describe what the tell-tale signs are of a dead brushed motor? Going to Brushless anyway but was hoping to transplant the old stuff into another project, but it just seems to have 'no power' anymore even on a full battery & wide open throttle (actually it seems
to run SLOWER on wide open than on say 50%??)

so... time to send this one to the scrapheap?

Thanks!

are there screw on top of the motor to replace the brushes
of the motor?

if so, you can remove the brushes from the motor to see the wear on the brushes and the plates the brushes make contact with. the contact plate should be flat and the brushes might be replacable.

Make the little beast obey you, not the other way around....
