THAT F#$% DOES IT!! I WANT A DAMN REFUND OF EVERY TAX DOLLAR I EVER PUT INTO THE USA PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM!!

Lowflyer.... Hot Damn man! Reading your post has been a pain in my butt!! In fact my IQ has slipped quite a few points! Yep...I can feel it...My brain has atrophied since clicking this link..

JoeR has patiently stated and restated his side of it and I applaud ya Lowflyer in replying here but..WHAT IN THE CRAP ARE YA TALKING ABOUT??

If the heli was advertised as the buyer would just have to make a few tweaks and it would be airworthy to his satisfaction and its obviously not...REFUND HIS DAMN $$!!

(JoeR, post pics of the heli current condition just to be fair to lowflyer)

If it was more of a wrecked parts heli type deal and ya'll agreed to certian parts replacements...Then honor the buyer list of parts and have good communication (ie. not ignore the man's PMs)!

But since it seems your trying to be shady about this deal Lowflyer...REFUND THE DAMN $$!!

Nobody here is going to hold your hand Lowflyer! Either man up and setlle this deal finally or be the sorry sack of S@#$ that you are currently acting like.

yeah my English not good as him,, that not the reason i have to send him refund.. the past he asked me for parts, i send him parts 2 separated times, after he get all the parts, he still not happy with with it,, attack me in public and ask for full refund .. for something he got for 2 months ago..

if he wanted refund, he have to do so in the first place, not after asking for more extra parts, that i have to buy on my own expensive. then bang, he want ful fu*king refund 1 month later ,

in his first waves of problem posted in OCHC ' thread
http://runryder.com/helicopter/t331928p1/?p=2632261#RR

and keep going on attack me on the sale thread:

http://www.runryder.com/helicopter/t333508p1/

i was willing to make thing work out for him , to the points where i can't help him anymore ..

it is not i was not willing to help him , but asked too much than i can for him.

yeah sure i wanted proof, because much of the thing he said is not true.

end story.

I agree with lowflyer101. Joe should have asked for a refund in the first place and not have waited till 2 months later. Who knows what he could have done in that 2 month period.

I'm not on any ones side but if you buy a crashed heli what more do you want. You just can't buy it expecting it to be in perfect ready to fly condition. Jean has sent Joe some parts. OK Joe you can't expect him to replace you all the parts to rebuild the darn heli.

I hope you guys work work everything out so both sides can be happy

I asked for parts or a refund from the first PM after I received the heli. The day I received the helicopter. I received the helicopter on January 23rd and sent a PM. See the text above.

I have tried to lay this out in a clear chronological fashion. He did not purchase or send parts until about two weeks after I received the helicopter. And this was only after I posted on the OCHC thread. It took him nearly a month after I received the helicopter to send the few parts he did, also noted above. (I received the helicopter on January 23rd he did not send his parts until February 20th)

I have never flow the helicopter. Its not airworthy and it has been winter in these parts for the past three months. Its currently disassembled since I wanted to inspect it all. I can take pictures and post them. It is, however, not possible to show bad bearings such as the swashplate.

Sending a few token parts and even sending some broken parts doesn't go very far when the list is so long. Why would you send someone who is already unhappy with a transaction some broken CF frame sides??

Just so everything is clearer here are a couple of PM's before I agreed to buy the helicopter. These were intended to establish the condition of the helicopter.

Hi lowflyer101

Thanks for the pictures and list of space parts.

Just to be sure.
- The only thing needed get this flying would need a new main gear?
- And to get this back to the original "Pro" version I would need to replace the aluminum side frames (one side only?) with the CF side frames. And I would need to get a new canopy?

The spare blades are wood, fiberglass, or CF? What are the blades that are currently installed on it?

Am I missing anything?

Thanks, Joe

And lowflyer101's response also on 1/12:

As I said in an earlier post, I would be willing to send this to a mediator to determine an outcome.

No response from Lowflyer101 on this proposal.

TonyTypeS, I have crashed helicopters before (too often I think). Everytime I do I tear it down and inspect the parts. Anything damaged is replaced. So its basically like a new heli when rebuilt. Frequently it is better than before the crash because crashes are upgrade opportunities as they say.

Evidently not everyone treats a crashed heli the same way...

I would have done the same thing with what JoeR did, attack? or should I say "WARN" other hobbyist with regards to his experience with lowflyer101. Should lowflyer101 respond promptly to JoeR then it would indicate good communication/transaction, however, he didn't. lowflyer101, this is not about your english...

Here are some photos of the damaged parts.

There is no way to show all the missing parts.

And no way to show the bad bearings including the swash...

I do not know either person involved, but i also had a problem with a heli i bought on runryder. There was a picture of the heli but not close enough to notice little problems with the heli. I also asked up front the condition of the heli and i was to assured it was ready to fly. Not even close! it was an evo 50 and it had a raptor 50 swashplate on it, among many other high dollar broken parts.

It is the sellers responsibilty to honestly describe the condition of the heli.

As far as paypal is concerned there stance on the claim in no way states that JoeR claim is invalid. I also had a similar problem with paypal and i called them on the phone and they said that it's not that the claim is not valid it is just the fact that they can not possibly know enough about everything to cover that type of claim. For example some lay person at paypal will not know what a swashplate is or carbon fiber blades.

If you can not come to an agreement than it is possible to file a claim with the IC3, regarding Internet fraud. Which i would think would be a last resort. This was suggested to me by paypal when they could not help in the claim prosses.

You have to start somewhere!

No word from Lowflyer101. Not that I thought there would be.

If I imagined there was anyway that he would stand behind this transaction I would have never have opened this thread. But it is quite obvious that his intention all along was to try to scam me with this heli. Sure he bought a few token parts but nowhere near what is needed to bring it up to the condition he claimed it was. Nor would he take the heli back for reasons I can't imagine.

altima1779- thanks for the information. I will look into it.
