| Details and pictures seem to be best.
Seems alot can get lost in a translation or explanation, so the best way to prevent problems is to be pro-active, and sort all the details out in black and white prior to shipping....
I am all for pictures, like they say are worth a thousand words. Also, with pictures there is less chance of getting taken, because you can always ask for a photo with current date of newspaper, that way someone isnt trying to pawn you off on someone else's pics that they have found, as this has happened locally....
Keep in touch with buyer and seller, nothing is more frustrating than the buyer/seller who is unreachable, especially if negotiations have started, causes warning flags on the seller/buyer. If you are serious, and need time, be honest, don't lead anyone on. Most guys are good and will say, I'll give you xxxx amount of time, at which you respect that time, and advise accordingly to ensure respect and allow someone who may have a sale pending to release....don't hold persons up.
There is alot of characters out there, and I am all for the feedback on buyers and sellers, and locally here in Vancouver, we get a good idea who is serious, and who is fishing and being a waste of everyone's time. Just don't cut someone down on feedback without just cause, and be fair with your decisions and words when you do...
shipping numbers and that is all good too,
over and out, deal with you soon...
