In Europe you can order direct from Henseleit himself, see his webpage Henseleit Helicopters.
But you have to enter the waiting list, could be another 4 months or so.
I known that some heli-flight school's in Germany ordered a bunch of NT beginning of last year, don't known if they did the same this year. Maybe you have a quicker source there. Search for Potting and Pegasus.
