This guy stole me $150.00 for a RealFlight 3.5 he was selling here on RR.


After three weeks waiting for the item and the many excusses he gave me, I filed a claim with paypal that they decided on my favor today, but I'm still waiting for a refund of my money.

His last PM received on 02-21-07 02:20pm;

Yes, I did this. Confirmation...No. I was out of town last week, thats wy i haven't responded to your emails. I know you have filed a claim with paypal. Today, March 8, 2007, no item received and no money.

I sent the money because he was and still is on the GGL.
He does'nt deserve to be in that list.

Here he did the same with ket.

I do'nt really understand why this thief is in the GGL.

Right now im between a rock and a hard place. I sent the package out, made sure i comunicated with the buyer on many occasions, and now the package that was mailed never got there. I shipped it over three weeks ago. I am out either the 150 or my realflight. I've been waiting to see if it would get sent back to me but nothing thus far. I am not a thief.

Wow insurance for UPS or USPS is probably under $2.00 for that amount (or included up to $500 for UPS I think)... seems a shame.

Thats the risk you take as a shipper. I had one insured package that tracked delivered but the recipient claimed to have never received it. USPS said too bad. In that case you even need the delivery signature.

If you sent it first class it can take forever,....a friend of mine sent me a set of blades first class and it took 4 weeks..I have also had priority items that took a few weeks...

If you shipped the package i'm sure it will turn up eventually

When I filed a claim with paypal, they tried to communicate with him and he never answer to them.
That's why they decided on my favor.

I he did'nt want to pay $2.60 for insurance and delivery confirmation is not my fault. He could ask some more for priority mail with delivery confirmation, but he did'nt.

I'm a very serius buyer and you can see my feedback history on ebay, is 100%. (jrdeme).

The paypal account is my wifes account. I have limited access because i do not have her password. She apparently did not relay any messages to me. I knew you filed a claim but did not know they had tried to respond to me. I would have given my input if i would have known.

I am leaving the house now to ship it out priority mail with delivery confirmation. This late in the day you probably won't recieve it until monday.
