Did anyone else notice the updates to the DX7 wall charger and servos on their home page.

While I was pleased to see these updates it concerns me in 2 areas.

1. Why are they not replacing the improper chargers some of us ended up with.

2. Why did they deny any problems with the 821 servos in 50 size nitro Helis to the point where Horizon service denied any and all problems.

Hopefully Spektrum/Horizon will realize that mistakes are made and they should own up to them sooner instead of just blowing us off. That's how I felt on both these issues when I called them. And now that they admit their mistake they don't even offer us new chargers. Only on newly produced units. Not much they can do about my 2 crashed Raptor 50's because of servo failure. They did replace the servos and I sold them.

Don't take me wrong. I love my DX6 and my DX7 I just don't like the way Horizon handled these problems.

i agree with you here. so many people bought these systems with probably the same intent i had, use them in 50 size helis and up. no i got receivers that i am afraid to fly. soon to upgrade to 9252's but i wish they had mentioned the use of the servos in 50+ size nitros. i mean i love the system but i dont believe horizon has made an effort to remedy these issues for people who bought these systems prior to the important updates
