I previously crashed my Gasser and stipped the last main gear that I had. I forget the part number but it was the discontinued machined one. The vintage of the aircraft is from 1996 and I am sure there might be some better 'performance' parts out there now a days.

I would like to know what gearing people are running these days. I would like to get a little more oomph if there is a better gear to run these days. Please give me the ratio and P/N's please.

I'll try to give you suggestions as follows:
Main gear 90t, I've tried other ratios and did not see benefits and went back to the 90. I am using the constant t/r drive #0866
If you are using the stock muffler, get the MA #4080 muffler/header combo. Smoother, quieter, more power.
Try the new carb from Walbro #603
Use Amsoil oil mix 2oz to one gallon of gas.
Get the Z23 head from Bloise Model Products, easy bolt on power, engine will like 1750 on head.

If you are rebuilding anything to lighten it up will help.
Try the removable starter #105-104 save some weight
I am using 700mm CF main blades also CF tail blades.
Try the light weight CF fins
I am using the white flybar paddles, good for 3D
Several other mods, basically a Graphite SE with a gas engine

Thanks for the info! That is exactly what kind of info I was looking for. Now all I have to do is let my CC rebound from repairing my Skeadu.

I was already using the SAB carbon fiber fin sets (Carbon / balsa laminates and the new ones don't say SAB anymore) and I was also already using the MinAir muffler and pipe where the muffler sits crossways in the back of the engine. I guess I will switch back to the carbon fiber tail boom while I am at it too.
